Bandwidth & visitors

Every plan includes a monthly bandwidth allowance — 2 GB on Trial, 25 GB on Grow, 100 GB on Scale, and 500 GB on Agency. The allowance is per published site, and it resets on your renewal date rather than piling up forever.

What counts is the size of what we send to your visitors: the bytes of each page, image, and file your published site serves, plus a small allowance for request headers. We also count requests, because "visitors" is usually the number you care about and bytes is the number the server cares about.

What does not count: looking at your own site. Your previews, the builder dashboard, and the API are not measured, and neither are our health checks. You are never charged bandwidth for checking your own work.

Below 80% of your allowance, nothing happens at all — no banners, no emails. At 80% we send you one email for the cycle so you have time to upgrade or plan for the traffic. At 100% your site keeps serving every visitor, just on a slower lane. Only past 200% — twice your plan, which in practice means a runaway spike or an attack — do we return a branded holding page, so one site cannot take other people's sites down with it.

Whatever your usage, your own dashboard, your billing, and the API are never blocked. Locking you out of the upgrade button because your site is popular would help nobody.

If your site has outgrown its plan, move up a plan from the billing portal in your workspace — the new allowance applies straight away.
